• Motor Scooter: our guests have the possibility to lend a motor scooter (50 PS)  - (fuel regulation full-full, at one`s own risk – this is a voluntary action and cannot be demanded
• Parking space: you can directly parc in front of the house on the pavement
• Grill: you can dispose of our grill free of charge in the garden

                 60,- Euro for 2 persons per night

                 any further person 10,- Euro added per night

                 Children up to 2 years free of charge

• Bedroom: with double bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe, bed linen, balcony north side, beautiful view over the roofs of Split towards the northern bay 
• Children's Room: 2-3 single beds (90 x 200 cm), wardrobe, insect screen, entrance southern balcony
• Bath Room: ground-level shower, washing machine, mirrored wardrobe, putting possibility, towels, soap, shower gel, makeup pads, hairdryer 
• Corridor: with mirror and shoe cabinets
